GP ignores me

It’s been a year. A year since Tresiba is not available in pens, only as cartridges. And every time I order it at a local pharmacy, for my child, , they pass it to GP for approval and then say - sorry, they approved pens again, we contacted them, but could you go there and ask personally? I go and ask personally. Our hospital team sent them a letter. I forwarded this letter to them too. And now again - I had to receive Tresiba several weeks ago and guess what - GP approved pens. Pharmacy kept on chasing them but didn’t succeed.
Is it a form of mockery or they just ignore us? I don't understand.

Ouch that is a bit ignorant of GP not listening to Pharmacy, letter from hospital.

Have you try ask GP at the appointment time face to face and get them fill in script so you can check if it written/typed in cartridges Tresiba? If they wrote it in Tresiba pens... you can tell GP to fix up to correct the script before you leave the GP office.

Otherwise I would change to different GP... esp very wrong they aren't listening to anyone in Health care/Pharmacy, when there is no pens available.

Sounds inept to me. It should just be put as a permanent change on the repeat prescription by the in practice pharmacist. So it is permanently there.
