Grapes

I have in the past had a handful to help raise my sugars when they were getting low. I have never used them to treat a major hypo before but they are easy to eat, not much chewing involved and they are extremely sweet so I would guess if any fruit were to help treat hypoglycemia the humble grape would be a strong contender!!:playful: I chose this smiley because of its close resemblance to the fruit in question....

When I was diagnosed the dietician they sent me to called grapes "little bags of sugar" - which I thought incredibly descriptive!

I've never had them as a hypo treatment but for a minor one, I guess there's no reason why not!
