Hello
If you Google "graph of blood sugar levels" there are loads of them when you look at "images". Or you could search on this site for graphs.
I'm guessing here but I think the information you are looking for is that you want to know how much your blood sugar will vary over the day and what is reasonable and what isn't so good. If you are on insulin or other medication, this will lower your blood sugar levels. Every time you consume carbohydrates, your blood sugar levels will rise. Your should have been given some guidance on where your levels should be - for my Type 1 daughter who is on long acting background insulin (Levermir) and short acting insulin (Novorapid) to adjust for carbohydrates, and to correct higher blood sugars, she should be between 4 and 10 when she wakes up and three hours after eating. She checks her levels when she wakes up, before meals and when she feels unwell (at least when I nag her!). Some people's blood sugar gets back to normal levels after two hours but here does not. After she has eaten her levels can get into the high 20s after an hour or so. She is supposed to inject half an hour before she eats so the insulin can act on the food quicker but she injects after eating.
If you know someone who is similar to you and they have a graph from a continuous glucose meter (CGM), then this could provide you with some data but you are an individual so your results may well very.
If you want to produce your own graph, you could test yourself lots of times over a few days and plot the results, noting particularly when you ate and how you were feeling. This way you could produce a range of expected results. If you wanted to be very specific / scientific you could eat the same thing at different times to see how your blood sugar reacts or you could vary the amount of carbohydrates or you could have the same amount of carbohydrates but in different food types.
Anyway good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for.
