Hi,
I am not to sure if it is great. This time last week I wasn,t on tablets, a week last Wednesday i was not a diabetic or it had not been confirmed, so last firday was the first one as being diabetic and i didn't do anything, i porpably wouldn,t have been much company anyway. I,m 57 so i don't exactly club it till the early hours but do enjoy a drink on the way home on a Friday. i drop the car off and walk the mile to the pub, this time i will propably have some brown seed bread before i go. i have been told that if i am going for a drink, to have the lowest alcohol volume i can find, now that should be intresting. Then after 3 pints (with peanuts) i get picked up and off home for dinner and a glass of wine or 2.
I hope everone else has a good weekend and if i get my first weekend wrong, its down to a learning curve.
Stats last night after dinner 8.1, later 5k run/jog on trainer at 9PM. this morning before breakfast 4.8 after lunch 5.3
