After starting on Bydurion three months ago I had my first a1c test, prier this test my results where around 8.5 to 9.9 , so I was over the moon when my recent results came back and they had gone down to 7.6, I was well pleased.

As well you should be! Are you a Lo Carber? You can bring them into the 5% by Lo Carbing but you have to commit to the lifestyle. Well done!
