Saw my dsn today she's amazed at my weightloss and my hba1c has dramatically reduced from 13.9 to 8.1 she even asked me to contact magazines to tell them my story lol I can't believe it it's the best news I've had for along time she's even shocked at all my dietary/lifestyle changes and encouraged me to continue this way to further reduce weight and hba1c so ultimately she thinks I could come off meds altogether so I'm gonna continue become really ripped and use this as motivation!!!!!!!
