After a 6 month review my Hba1c is still 45 my DN was very pleased with that saying ok it is still the same but 45 is not bad at all compared to your original 129, your Blood press 120/68 text books and a cholesterol of 21 whatever you are doing Mark it is working keep doing it. I have put on half a stone though.
