Keto Bite UK in Frinton!

I went there for lunch in 2022 and had a very nice conversation with the owner, who was very curious about the results of his food on my Libre graph.
I loved eating out at a place where I didn't have to factor in diabetes in making a choice on what to order. They only sell low carb foods and drinks.
The whole place is gluten free as well, which must be heaven for celiacs, no risk of cross contamination.

Two years later I went back, and the owner remembered I was from the Netherlands and a moderator on a diabetes forum!
