Greek Yoghurt Shortage?

I wonder if the extreme weather and wildfires in some areas of Greece is affecting their export foods trade? I have been to 3 supermarkets that normally stock full-fat Greek yoghurt, and not a whiff of any. Me being short of yoghurt is hardly on the same page as all the poor people caught up in the fires, and I do feel so sad for them and hope all is better for them very soon.

You may have a point - I could t get Fage anywhere yesterday- got one from Asda that was Greek yogurt but slightly higher carbs

If it helps, we did blind taste testings once of about 6 or 7 Greek or Greek style yoghurts and couldn't discern enough if a difference to warrant paying for the authentic stuff. Some of both real and fake were too thin, but Lidls own Greek style has consistently and cheaply fuelled us for over 4 years now.

No such problem in my Tesco (yet!). I just bought four large tubs!

I just bought a tub of 10% from Lidl. No shortage that I could see.

Have got 2 tubs on order from Sainsbury's for delivery tomorrow. They were still showing as in stock this evening.
