Green tea lose weight

I shouldn't think so but it will help if you give up milk, cream etc in coffees. Green tea with lemon and green tea with other flavors are really nice and thats mainly what i drink for a hot drink.
 
Well, studies do suggest that green tea supplementation does help with weight loss; that is, you might lose an extra pound for every 10 pounds you lose through dietary restraint and exercise compared to a placebo. Whilst potentially interesting it's hardly a miracle drug.

i hated green tea it tasted like dirty dish water, now i love it i cant get enough of the stuff its my main intake of liquids, no idea why, i tried green tea with cranberries last night it was terrific, its better than se..... hmm.... well yeah what the hell im getting old :D
 
Green tea nice usually only have one a day, but these more health benefits than just losing weight.
It also lowers your LDL, control blood sugars, boost your immune system and other things. (Men's running Feb edition) the research was probably done on healthy people so not so how much still applies to us with diabetes?
