No alcohol, much lower ( but not sure if its low enough) carbs. smaller portions etc.  However, I was quite poorly in the first few months of the year and had shoulder problems, so couldn't do weights etc, knee probs so no running .. so all that may have affected it and I'm coming up to 64... so it's stubborn. lol  Don't want to intrude, but if you have any ideas to pass on I'd be interested.
