Greetings from a Curry Lover!

Hi all, just been diagnosed with Prediabetes and am struggling to figure out what to eat! I love curries which I always make from scratch using freshly ground (by me) spices. Normally I would have had Rice, Nan Bread or (occasionally) Chips. Firstly are curries OK and secondly is there something I can use as an accompaniment other than those I recently mentione? Hello and welcome. I I like a curry too and I have just made a veggie curry for a change, my daughter normally likes chicken but I didn't fancy that tonight.
