Hi All,

I am a 41-year-old diagnosed with prediabetes for many years slowly going into becoming diabetic or maybe have gone (we are not sure). Got a family history with a parent, grandmother and an uncle being diagnosed with diabetes type 2.

Just want to say Hi. I didn't know before about this forum.
Wish everyone is coping OK here.

Cheers

Hi @RCA and welcome to a great Forum. I hope you find what you need here.

hello and welome,

you have found this site at a great time- if you have prediabetes it may be easier to reduce your blood sugar levels in the normal range and also maybe you wouldn't have as much insulin resistance as those of us who have diabetes have. The link below is a goos place to start. I would also suggest getting a meter if you an so you an know what your levels are like after different food.

Good luck and welome.
