There doesn't appear to be a DUK one: http://www.diabetes.org.uk/In_Your_Area/Eastern/Voluntary_groups/Listing_of_local_groups/
But it's always worth googling or scouring your local newspaper just in case... DUK will also help you if you wanted to set one up.
Otherwise, send a letter to the editor of your local paper asking if one diabetics would like to meet up.

No problem. The thing about diabetes is no one knows you have it unless you advertise the fact... you'll probably discover three others in your immediate neighbourhood before long!
