Guardian 4 to Simplera

Hi

I am moving to the Simplera Sync soon. I was just wondering what other users experience has been. I have been on the Guardian 4 for the last 36 months, and I love it. Ok it is a bit fiddly to apply but I can do it in under a minute now, so that’s not really a problem.
What I am a bit worried about is how accurate and reliable it is? Does it often fail early?
Really what I am saying is “If it’s not broken, why fix it” but I might be forced into the change by my diabetic team.

Can your diabetic team force you into using the Simplera? Especially if your experience with the Guardian 4 is good for you.
In my country ( The Netherlands ) they say the members of the diabetic team can give you suggestions but you are not obliged to listen. Stop smoking, maybe do gymnastics 30 minutes a day. But not start using the Simplera asap ( what if they are kind of bribed by Minimed , maybe get a smartphone with Christmas instead of a postcard)

There is a video on youtube about someone who did switch from Guardian 4 to Simplera and who has regrets. But as usual you can find people who are excited after the switch. But when you have doubts because nothing is broken why take the risk?
