Guess boy or girl

Had my scan yesterday im 13.2 weeks and so qant to know if ppl can guess the babys gendar i habe no clue as first pregnancy what do u think ? Xxx

Congratulations on your pregnancy. No idea from that scan. There is an old wives tale that if you put a ring on a thread and hold it over your belly and if it swings to and fro it is a boy, but if it goes in a circle it is a girl.
 
I do that with a needle, same result and uncannily accurate!

Yes, shape. Are you carrying high or low?
 
Oh, well a general rule of thumb is carrying high, ie you "come out" from just under your bust, a girl and lower down, a boy.
 
Meantime, do the ring/cotton or needle and cotton test. I drag the needle 3 times across the belly, then suspend the needle above, about 3 inches away from your belly, hold your hand still and the needle will start to swing, let it settle into a definate pattern, it'll either go round in a circle, girl, or back and forth, boy. x

Thank you so much had 3 misscarriges over the years due to my diabetes and this one is so different all early misscarages, so i feel blessed that this time round i feel so lucky xxx
