I have put very simple yes and no beside each one, as they would effect ME. They would be standard advice I would give to anyone, with the caveat to try and test, but small portions and not on the same day.

Good idea, you do things your way, I'll do it mine. I'm sure both ways get the point across, and that's the idea. I'm not going to sit nit picking of what might be or may not be. Speculation is fine, but plays no part in any on this.

Celast accepts he has had his bum kicked, and is now asking what he can have rather than eating then asking if it's ok. I call that a result.
