Granny grumo suggested a new thread so I've decided to start one.
My guilty secret , no secrets......................... G&T with porky scratchings and yesterday Christmas in a cupcake. The recipe needs work but it'll do fine for a start. BG 6.0 and constant today so very happy

I have no pleasure in feeling guilty.
So I eat what I like, exercise, inject and maintain a good bg.
This week has consisted for 1 dinner party, 1 work's Christmas outing, 1 meeting until 3am, 2 gym sessions and a snowy 20K steps around an Austrian Christmas market with gluwein to keep me warm. Measured bg has remained in target range.

Like you, I like to eat what I want, drink loads of wine, exercise and merrily go along to all the parties.
