RRB - Probably the shock of however you did this
making you feel nauseas and knocked the stuffing out of you too .

Hope you can be comfortable enough to sleep well tonight .
Please do let us know how you are tomorrow though!

Much love and healing thoughts . x

Hi hope you can get some sleep. The pain from a broken bone can be excruciating and has to be experienced to be believed. Fractured leg 8 years ago still lives in the memory. Hope you have a speedy recovery x

Sorry to hear that RRB (from someone who - touch wood - has yet to break any bones) - hope you recover soon.

Sympathy and feel better soon wishes from someone who used to fairly regularly fall down the last few stairs, but ( also touching wood!) has not yet broken anything either... The shock from even a smallish tumble can definitely have quite an effect on you, so just take it easy for a while, cosset yourself and (rather belatedly!) take care.

Oh for goodness sake, that's an awful thing to happen to you RRB.
You just never know the minute anything like that can happen.
It could have been any one of us.

I agree with anna..................

Oh poor you! Yes, strong pain killers and be prepared to very tired in the next few weeks, growing new bones is exhausting.

And spend as much time as possible in the sun to help with vitamin D level as this is vital for bone growth.

Oh dear, what on earth were you doing?
I do hope you managed a reasonable nights sleep. Is DD around to give you some help; I suspect even dressing might be hard with a broken wrist.
