Saw the doc this morning for the results of my second HbA1c... I have dropped from 103mmol on 19/9/14 to 55mmol! And I got a prescription for testing strips!

He was impressed! Told me to keep up the good work and try to improve again for next test in 6 weeks #no-more-choc-buttons!:D
 
Very well done indeed.

It does not matter how good the advise you received was or how warm the support. You are still the one who had to put it all into practice and make it work.

Improvements like yours do not come without hard work and admirable discipline.

So give yourself a pat on the back and a nice treat. You deserve it.

And then carry on with the good work to improve your score even more!
