Had my diabetic review today, hba1c 44 stable.
HDL up, trigs down, which just as they should be doing giving a lowered cholesterol to 4.2 which had dropped from 5.2 this time last year.
A low carb diet does work including weight loss.
Yeahhhh.
Great progress, congratulations
I myself have gone from an initial Type 2 diagnosis of HBA1C 59 a year ago and this week I'm down to HBA1C 40.
This is to a huge degree down to the advice and encouragement I have received from people on this forum, which I am extremely grateful for

That's brilliant mate.
I was 52 when first diagnosed & got that to 42 after 4 months, that was strict lchf which also reversed vascular decease in my left leg so never needed a stent & had no problem ever since, that was 4 years ago now.
