So I've been on a keto diet for the past month or so. Unfortunately I slipped up today and had a sandwich + 2 x crisps... checked my BG 2 hrs later and it was at 8.6, checked again to be sure and it was 8.1.
Surely this is extremely high for someone with prediabetes?
