Hallo.
I'm 53, male with chronic endocrine system disorder, hyperhydrosis, failed back operation and possible hypoglycaemia/diabetes. I am currently waiting for test results, hence the "possibly" bit.

I used to be a self employed motor mechanic, but the above operation to replace a few discs in my spine forced a career change, so I'm now a specialist book seller who doesn't sell any actual books at the moment :-)

I will update this post just as soon as I figure out how to post a question in the other categories using my laptop...

This post is on my mobile which has rubbish battery life btw.

I chose this forum as it seems to be devoid of the nasty bickering & negativity that afflicts so many Internet forums

Welcome.
You seem to have enough issues health wise without the added burden of diabetes. I sincerely hope you are not diabetic , if it turns out you are though, you will find this forum both useful and a friendly place to be.
