Interesting and on the whole useful.
The only things I can very quickly see they get horribly wrong are raspberries and strawberries. I have those most mornings, I buy the frozen packets you can get to make my own yoghurt by mixing them with plain yoghurt. They reckon not to worry about carbs in raspberries well the packet says different and so do my BG's. Same thing with strawberries no way is 10 strawberries 10 carbs you can have far less than 10. So maybe suspect other fruits but the idea and simplicity is fine.
