I recently made the Rocky Road from Chocolate Paradise on here. It is sooooo nice, so indulgent. Had a piece tonight after my dinner of marinated turkey steaks and brocoli, 2 hrs later tested and the results are 6.5!!! Thats the lowest Ive been after dinner! Guess that means I can have another piece :lol:
