Hi all.

Hope we're all doing well. As some know when I introduced my self back in September 2016 I was diagnosed as Type 2 and my fasting bloods were 58. I had my bloods taken last week by the hospital and saw my Diabetic Nurse yesterday she weighed me I have lost over 2 1/2 stone which I knew as I keep an eye on my weight, checked my feet and blood pressure all good there. She then told me my new Bloods which are now 41. Needless to say she's happy and I am over the moon. Next goal is to see if I can get into the 30's. Also my cholesterol has come down also.

She asked what I had done to get to were I have and was happy with what it and the low carb diet and said keep it up.

You guys and this site and the info from it has also been a great help.
