So looking forward to the gammon which is cooking away in the slow cooker with cabbage, broccoli ,green beans and carrots with cauliflower cheese and gravy xx

I adore gammon. We haven't had it for ages. I must do something about that.

There's no crackling quite like gammon crackling!
 
Never do it in the oven always the slow cooker but love crackling lol

If there's plenty of fat under the rind, you can always remove the rind, and roast it on it's own, or put it in the airfryer - if you like crackling.
