I am so happy after being diagnosed in march have just had a new blood test and am so happy with results (diest and excersice)

weight 14 stone 11 stone 5lbs

i feel so pleased with myself.

I haven't a clue what most of those things are, but congratulations anyway. :D
 
Well done Haggis, as an another Orkney diabetic also I am glad that all is going fine, the numbers that you have look like there Pre-diabetic try to keep them down and I am sure you will be just fine.

I was diagnoesd in 2009 and my numbers have been all over the place despite diet and exercise and tablets my numbers are still all over the place. I am still trying though.
