I’ve struggled with my blood sugar and what to eat for years. Last year I buried my head in the sand and carried on eating whatever I wanted. Most times I tested my blood, it was above 15. For 6 days now I’ve been on the New You diet. It’s insane! My blood sugar is constantly between 4-5, and my fasting bs which was usually 7/8 is now sitting at 5.8. Oh and I’ve lost 11lb. If you want to lose weight but not be hungry, I can’t recommend this diet enough!

Just had a look and it seems a bit 'hardcore' for me, but I'm glad it's working wonders for you.

It’s hard and I couldn’t do it forever, but today I’m 12lb lighter so I’m happy :)
