hanadr said:If you put your mind to it, I'm sure you can find foods that suit. Learning to cook is the key. It's much cheaper too. A learn to cook book for Christmas might be a starting point. One of the very basic ones from Delia or Marguerite Patten. Or something more modern like Hairy Bikers. Do a search on Amazon and hunt till you find something that appeals.I haven't looked, because Ihave dozens of books and I'm established on low carbs, but there's probably a low carb learners book out there.
