Hard Week

This week I have been home alone as wife and kids away on holiday and I couldn't get the time off
Its been the hardest week since being diagnosed it's been hard to keep everything in line
Does everyone else find this when missing family and what do you do to help
My wife and kids are my world
 
Heya Dan, so have you struggled with keeping good control because of this ? as much as I love my family I also love time alone, gives me time to focus and also helps my concentrate on me, I suppose it's because I do so much for everyone else that having time alone is pure indulgence so value it more, hope you're all together now ;)
 
Thanks juicyj I think it was just a mix of too much time alone and missing my wife and kids
As when I was at work was ok but being at home alone it was harder to keep on top of things
