I've just tested raspberry homemade jelly with whipped cream as part of meal with chicken, few runner beans, coffee and 15g dark chocolate. Only a slight rise at 1 hour , will try again at 2 hr.
For those looking to avoid using cream, I often use half a pot of Muller Light fat free yoghurt with a jelly. The Hartleys are superb with my preferred flavours being Strawberry, Orange and Blackcurrant. The Lemon & Lime one is a little sharp for my tastes though.
