HAS ANYONE EVER CHALLENGED THE NHS EAT WELL PLATE/GUIDE RE DIABETICS?

Unfortunately, it seems that is not taking place in many cases sadly this current time. What to do, take the approach, do what others may not be doing, make ones own searches and enquiries from reputable sound sources, and take it from there, incredible to think recommending rice and bread, I agree with you NO THANKS!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
