Has anyone ever had Ocular Coherence Tomography?

NO the staff at my hospital GOOD. Stafff at my doctor's ABYSMAL . I sometimes feel I am in a nightmare and wish I could wake up when i go there.

I am very , very graeful to the hospi tal and my wonderful consultant. TheOphalmologist evejn helped me ge my diabets under control I think of them as my lifeline and this is probably why I can remain so ppositive about my retinopathy and macu;opathy.
They are some sort of protection aginst the health hazard which is my Doctor's Practice.

Might ry visualisation. Sounds as though it might b e a sress buster.

Try to make the visualisation as vivid as possible start by being inside the eye and then go to work while always having in your mind where in your body you are thinking of ... as I say it might just waken up a sleepy immune system :D

SG, I use visualisation to overcome pain as I have a blood condition that makes the use of painkillers a tad difficult. Over the years I have managed to hone my skill to the point that I can have procedures done without any pain killing injections to the extent that when I had to have some root canal treatment a couple of weeks ago I had it without having the area numbed. Quite freaked out my Dental Surgeon. :D

I must admit that I never once thought of trying to heal myself using the same techniques so thanks for mentioning it. Fingers crossed I can mentally create a suitable image of my immune system and see if I can slow down my white blood cells destructive rampage.

I think that's remarkable catza and I'd love to have seen your Dental Surgeon's face (he probably still hasn't stopped talking about it ). The body has many abilities that we seldom scrape the surface of and you with your pain free dentistry are living proof of that .

Try to imagine your immune system still strong but taken a chill pill 8)
