has anyone tried Miracle Noodles? Any problems?

They say they have no Carbs and that the Japanese have used them for 1,000 years! T2 and on insulin, taste a bit slithery but otherwise not bad.
 
I eat the noodles at least once a week and find them ok, they just need a lot of sauce and seasoning or they're a bit bland. The great thing, of course, is that they have no effect on my blood sugar :)
 
when they taste like real spaget, it's worth a try at per serve, Total Cal – 249.6 kcal; Fat – 12.2 gr; Carbs – 3.1 gr, Protein – 31.9 gr
with the gluten powder the higher the protein the better at least 70% and upto 85% the more protein = less carb
good to see another aussie on here to pom bash;)
