Ok, let's just say pleasantly couldn't care much. It's the end of Christmas and I only have the cider left. It's a bit sweet and I am sure it;s not good for me but I am near the end of the supply now.

I wonder if Metformin might help you? It sounds to me like you have a lot of insulin resistance. Have you got any weight to lose?
