Yes, with Physiological Insulin Resistance, which is not the same as diabetic insulin resistance. It can be solved fairly quickly with a couple of days eating carbs. Then all is well again. It happened to me early 2016 when all my base line levels went up a bit (not hugely, just noticeably) and although post meal levels were impacted by this, the actual rise from before to after didn't alter. It disappeared and to date hasn't returned.
