Hey all had my hba1c today and its gone up slightly from last time. I was 8.2 from 7.5 so not very pleased but Its my own fault Ive eaten and drank a few things I shouldnt of and let high numbers go when I should of done a correction dose but Im determined to get it back down for next time!
