Hi Everyone,

My name is Thomas Britland and I am a PhD researcher at Loughborough University. I am currently looking into the current care systems and models for diabetic care within the UK. I am looking to get feedback to help me generate and present a new model for diabetic care within the UK by giving people the chance to voice their opinions about the issues and experiences within the current care systems.

The way that I am asking you to do this is by filling out a questionnaire which is made up of 10 questions relating to your experience and knowledge within the care system. Please if you can fill it out it would be greatly appreciated. The link to the questionnaire can be found below.

Also I am conducting follow up focus groups where you will also be able to voice a more detailed opinion on the issues raised. If you are interested in being part of this please message me on the site with the following:

Sorry, but I think you are being rather naive expecting people to give you that sort of info, lol. Hopefully you can find some other way of getting responses.

Whilst I'm sure the OP's intentions are good, I would like people to think twice before giving personal information out over a forum. There is already a messaging service within the forum which may be more suitable. I'm not trying to suggest there is anything covert with this study but it is advice I would give in general. Up to you guys :-)
 
Thomas please furnish us with your UK University Email Address and I am sure you will get some responses to that when people are sure you are who you say you are otherwise you are welcome to have one of my spam email addresses that I give out to organisations that force me to fill in something and when they spam me it just bounces back
 
Hi I am type 2 and I need help with evening augers I just cannot get them down and it is now getting me down what can I do ,I just feel like giving up. Please help me if you can.

Very interesting that this was posted in March and here we are in June and the OP has not come back on - our suspicions seem to be correct.
