Haven't seen this listed so...our very own Southport GP

Thanks for that!

He became a hero of mine because our journey to low carb diet, and his posts were in the time when I was starting to reap the rewards of my new lifestyle.

I do like your signature @bulkbiker. I can definitely say the exactly the same thing and agree with your conclusions.

Thanks boss .. from an old hand like yourself (well maybe not so old) that's extremely appreciated. I'm still a newbie really learning new things everyday and quite enjoying it!

Don't call me sir! I work for a living!
Yes, I'm getting on a bit, but young at heart!
I've only had my bus pass for eighteen months, you cheeky young scamp!
As in a lot of things, you should never stop learning and because things change all the time, especially when you get to my age (ahem!)
And I enjoy my new job and my new self!

Pleasure found it on facebook .. Why doesn't the newsbot here pick up nice things like this though? @AndBreathe who should I ask?
I'll tag @CaptainEarle and @CaptainWard who should be able to find out, if they don't already know. Of course, bearing in mind the original interview was only published a few days ago, perhaps it hasn't yet reached the top of the News Bot's electronic pile.

Excellent article! I have been guilty of "the biggest challenge... in the low carb debate" as well, I think.
