hi to everyone it has been about two years since my last post on this site in witch time i have gone from getting of meds and then living in denial to getting back on more meds and just seeing my sugars going higher and higer even being in a and e 4 wek ago them being 28 having insulin and being on a drip
since then been back to my docs my last hblc last mon was 11 this is poor i know but at least it hasnt gone up or down since my last one two month ago also since then i have been given one more meterformin now on three and one more glizercide now on two
i have been told by the doc to go back in one month if it hasnt gone down to see the dietiitian dont see how this can help as i have been diabetic since 2004 and there advice is carbs carbs i have been down this route for the last two years and this has were it has got me to
i asked for more meds to try and bring them down and got told this was the max for oral?????????????? anyway am trying to get them down but its a slow process the only reason i am posting this is just to warn people about the advic the nhs are giving out especially when they have took me from low carb hblc being 5.6 within two years to this i know this is partially my fault but when you have nurses and docs encouriging you you start to doubt but the proof is in the pudding so please anyone in the same predic please heard my warning
