Long time since I have been on here.
Just wanted to relay a story for hay fever sufferers.
I have suffered with up and down levels of my dreaded sugars over the last few years. Tried all sorts of medication.
This year more so. Until that Is I found bee pollen. So I thought I would give it a go. 2 weeks almost and great results. No up and down with sugar levels. Balance and harmony no sneezing to wanting to rip my eyes out. Bliss.
