received my results my hb1ac is at 63 is should be 53 been diagnosed over a year so poor results. not to clear on how i can reduce my hb1ac any help would be great

What patterns can you find?
Are there times of day you always go high or low?
What happens after meals usually?

Do you adjust your doses or the timing of your mealtime insulin based on what you see on your Libre?
Does your basal insulin keep you reasonably stable when you're not eating?
Do you carb count and dose based on the amount of carbs you eat?

Those are all questions that can help you finding the spots where you might change something to get more stable numbers.
It's very much worth noting what and when you eat for a while, and compare how this worked out with your dosing. You can use your reader or Libre app to make notes on carbs and insulin so you can easily find it back later on LibreView.

It might also be very helpful to ask your diabetes nurse if you can make an appointment to go through those graphs and notes together to see where you could change things.
 
Another very useful thing can be doing a DAFNE course!
Has this already been mentioned to you by your diabetes nurse?
If not, ask about it, it can be a very great help in understanding how to dose for food and do corrections.
