That's in the normal range. Non-diabetic, as opposed to pre-diabetic or diabetic.
Depends on how you arrived at that hba1c.
It's a perfectly healthy non diabetic hba1c, but only if you didn't get there by having lows and highs all the time.
Are you still on insulin? Do you use a CGM so you can see your time below range?
