I've been type 2 for years but was in denial. I had blood test and my gp rang me and told me that my cholesterol and diabetes is so bad, I could have a heart attack or stroke anytime. So about a month ago, I started taking my meds and eating a low carb diet. My sugars back then were in the 17's.
Now for the last week, I've managed to get my sugars down to between 5-9. I've never had faith in myself to do it but I have and I'm so pleased.
Can't wait for my next blood test
