Wow, so pleased, got my latest results today, a Hba1c of 33!
To be honest the 36 I got last time was a little low, so I had slowly increased the amount of carbs I have eaten so shocked it has still decreased.
 
Whatever you are doing its obviously working! Well done!

Why do you think that ? I'm assuming you're a type 2 and not on medication?

No metformin for over 6 months now, I remember a specialist telling me they like tight control but not too tight, but where do you draw the line?
I must say loosing over 50kg in 4 years has helped, still got around another 20kg to go though.
