Hi I get the same problem with thrush(male).Although diabetics can be prone to this it is quite often nothing to do with your sugar levels.A lot of perfumed shower gels can also cause this as in my case,so maybe look at the shower gels you are using.Trying basic shower cream seems to work for me,so worth looking into.

I was told years ago that antibiotics often resulted in a dose of thrush after the course has finished. Antibiotics kill off the bacteria that helps keep fungal infections away apparently.
