    Great reductions in HbA1c, weight and cholesterol levels @Jix200903! Well done on your hard work.
    Keep it up and you should be down to non-diabetic levels by your next HbA1c test. :)

    That's fantastic! I found out yesterday what my HbA1c results were, I was dreading it as glucose meter readings seemed high at times over 12 mmol/L, but the result was 38, I was at 53 in April and 62 last June 2015, I share your joy.
