No, I mean simply from people on this forum. There are lots who have kept their Type 2 in remission y following the LCHF diet and offered advice when I’ve asked question.

I do look at the Diet Doctor etc, but only the free bits. There are lots of recipes out there for Keto/low carb that don’t cost you anything.
