HbA1c estimate

I tried to convert on the website but it doesn't seem to be working?
Can anyone help, if my average mmol/l is 16, what would my HbA1c be at? I've got my diabetic review on Monday, just wanted to have a rough idea before I go

Hi there, 11.7% or 104 mmol. x
 
Looking at this page on the web site, I can see why it is confusing.
The only reference to equivalent average blood sugar is this picture Screenshot 2021-04-14 at 11.25.12.png

But this hows the HbA1C as the old percentage whereas the majority of the rest of the page refers to the more commonly used mmol/mol.
There is a conversion table lower down the page but this is not ideal.

Could a mod feedback to the web developers the request to update this diagram?
 
Thank you, I think I've worked out my average mmol/l being 15 will make my HbA1c at 95?
